Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 28, 2025 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Grizon Ai (“Platform”), a SaaS service provided by Grizon Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure a safe, fair experience. 

  • Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use the Platform. By signing up, you represent that you are legally competent to contract under Indian law (Indian Contract Act, 1872). This ensures that all users are adults capable of entering into binding agreements. 
  • Subscription & Payments: Plans are as described in our pricing page (FREE, BASIC, PRO, ELITE, and Creative Add-On Packs). This provides clear details on what you receive for each subscription level. 
  • Billing: Monthly or annual via Razorpay/Stripe. Prices include GST (18%) for Indian users. International users may be zero-rated (0% GST). This complies with tax laws and ensures transparent pricing. 
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled (see Cancellation Policy). This maintains uninterrupted service for active users. 
  • Credits: Non-transferable, non-refundable except as per Refund Policy. Credits expire at the end of the billing period or upon cancellation. This prevents abuse and ensures credits are used within the paid period. 
  • Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes. For businesses, GST can be claimed as ITC (see Refund Policy). This allows business users to recover costs, making the platform more attractive for professional use. 
  • Use of the Platform: Permitted use is for personal or business AI tasks (text generation, search, verification, creative). You may not use for illegal activities, spam, or harming others. This limits usage to legitimate purposes, protecting the platform and other users. 
  • Account Security: You are responsible for your account credentials. Notify us of unauthorized use. This places the onus on you to maintain security while allowing us to assist if needed. 
  • AI Outputs: Outputs are generated by third-party models – we do not guarantee accuracy. Use at your own risk (no liability for hallucinations/errors). This discloses the limitations of AI to manage expectations and reduce liability. 
  • Prohibitions: No reverse-engineering, reselling, or overloading the Platform. Violation may lead to suspension/termination without refund. This protects our intellectual property and service stability. 
  • Intellectual Property: The Platform, including UI, algorithms, and branding, is our property. You get a limited, non-exclusive license for use. This grants you access while retaining our ownership. 
  • User Content: You retain ownership of your inputs/outputs, but grant us a license to process and improve the Platform (anonymized). This allows us to enhance the service without claiming your content. 
  • AI Models: Outputs may not be copyrighted – check third-party terms (e.g., OpenAI). This informs users of potential legal limitations on AI-generated content. 
  • Limitations of Liability: The Platform is provided “as is.” No warranties for accuracy or uptime. We are not liable for losses from AI outputs (e.g., buggy code). This limits our responsibility for third-party AI performance. 
  • Liability Cap: Our liability limited to subscription fees paid in last 12 months. This caps potential damages to a reasonable amount based on user payments. 
  • Force Majeure: Not liable for API outages, natural disasters, etc. This protects us from events beyond our control. 
  • Termination: We may terminate for violations or non-payment. You lose access/credits upon termination. This allows us to maintain a safe platform while giving you notice where possible. 
  • Governing Law: Governed by Indian laws (jurisdiction: Ludhiana, Punjab courts). This specifies the legal framework and location for disputes, ensuring clarity. 
  • Changes: We may update Terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use = acceptance. This allows us to evolve the service while giving you time to review changes.
