What happens when I run out of credits?

You’ll receive a notification when your credits are running low.
You can upgrade your plan, purchase add-on credits, or wait for your monthly renewal — whichever works best for you.

What’s included in the Free Plan?

The Free Plan gives you 10 Standard model queries (one-time).
You can use it to explore Grizon Ai’s interface, compare model outputs, and experience how multiple Ais perform side-by-side — with zero cost or commitment.

Can I upgrade or switch plans anytime?

Yes, you can request an upgrade or downgrade anytime directly from your dashboard. However, your current plan will remain active until its expiry date. Once your existing plan ends, the new plan will start automatically after successful payment for the upgrade or downgrade.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes — privacy is a top priority at Grizon Ai.
We don’t store your prompts or results beyond your session unless you choose to save them.
All data is transmitted securely via encrypted APIs, following global data protection standards.
