Refund Policy

Grizon Ai, a service of Grizon Tech, offers no refunds for our subscription services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines that no refunds are available under any circumstances. All sales are final and subject to Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring users understand the non-refundable nature of our services while maintaining the sustainability of our platform. 

  • No Refunds: No refunds are applicable for any subscriptions, add-ons, or top-ups. This means that once a payment is made, the transaction is final, and no amount will be returned, regardless of the reason, such as change of mind, dissatisfaction, or unused credits. This policy is in place to prevent abuse and ensure that our pricing reflects the value provided through immediate access to credits and features.

     

  • Transaction Failure: If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, your refund will be processed within 7–10 banking days.
  • No Exceptions: No refunds are possible, including within 24 hours of purchase, regardless of whether credits have been used or not. Even if the subscription is canceled immediately after purchase and no services are utilized, no refund will be issued. This strict approach helps maintain low prices for all users by avoiding processing fees and administrative costs associated with refunds.

     

  • Annual Plans: No refunds for annual subscriptions. If you purchase an annual plan, you commit to the full year, and no partial or full refund will be provided, even if you cancel early or do not use the credits. This encourages long-term commitment and allows us to offer discounted rates compared to monthly plans.

     

  • Creative Add-On Packs: No refunds for Creative Add-On Packs. These packs are one-time purchases that provide immediate value through additional credits for creative features; once bought, they are non-refundable to prevent exploitation of the system. 
  • Top-Ups: No refunds for top-ups. Top-ups are instant credit additions designed for immediate use, and as such, they are final transactions with no refund option, ensuring that our credit system remains secure and efficient. 
  • Free Tier: No refund is applicable, as there is no payment involved. The free tier is a one-time trial allocation of credits, provided without any financial transaction, so no refund process applies. 
  • GST: GST is not refundable in any case. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a government levy collected on behalf of the authorities and is non-refundable under this policy, even if the subscription is canceled or unused. 

Refund Process 

No refund process is available, as no refunds are applicable. If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact support@grizonai.com for assistance with account management or plan adjustments, but no monetary refunds will be processed.

Cancellation Policy for Grizon Ai

Effective Date: November 28, 2025 

Grizon Ai, a service of Grizon Tech, allows users to cancel their subscription at any time, with no long-term commitments. We aim to make the process simple and transparent. Cancellations are governed by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This policy is designed to provide flexibility to users while ensuring that our service remains sustainable and secure. 

  • Cancel Anytime: Users can cancel their subscription (BASIC, PRO, ELITE, or Annual) at any time through the account dashboard or by emailing support@grizonai.com. This allows you full control over your account without any penalties for early cancellation, promoting user satisfaction and flexibility. 
  • Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). You will retain access to your plan’s features until then. This ensures you get the full value of the period you’ve paid for, avoiding immediate loss of access. 
  • Unused Credits: Upon cancellation, unused core credits expire at the end of the billing period. Creative Add-On credits expire with the current plan but will be available until the current plan expiry date in case of cancellation. This policy prevents credit abuse while allowing you to use what you’ve paid for during the paid period. 
  • Annual Plans: Cancellation of annual plans is allowed at any time, but refunds are subject to the Refund Policy (no refunds). This means you can stop auto-renewal without issue, but you commit to the full term you’ve paid for upfront. 
  • Free Tier: No cancellation needed, as it’s a one-time allocation. The free tier is a trial with no ongoing commitment, so no formal process is required. 
  • Top-Ups: Non-cancellable, but credits remain available during active subscription. Top-ups are instant additions, so they cannot be reversed, but you can use them until your main plan ends. 
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. We send renewal reminders 7 days before. This ensures uninterrupted service for active users but gives you ample notice to cancel if desired. 

Cancellation Process 

  • Steps: 
  1. Log in to your account dashboard. This is the primary method for self-service cancellation to make it quick and easy. 
  2. Go to “Subscription” section and select “Cancel Plan.” This step confirms your intent and prevents accidental cancellations. 
  3. Confirm via email or OTP. This adds a security layer to verify the request and protect against unauthorized changes. 
  4. Receive confirmation email with effective date. This provides a record for your reference and ensures transparency.
  • Refunds on Cancellation: See Refund Policy. No refunds for partial periods or used credits. This aligns with our no-refund approach to maintain pricing stability. 
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate anytime by logging in and selecting a plan. There is no restore of unused credits after reactivation. This allows easy return but encourages continuous use to retain credits.
